The tools required for investment casting are typically less expensive than for other casting methods. Using aluminum materials (steel, if wear-resistant components are required) reduces the tooling cost of your standard design.
Manual Tooling
For short runs where up front tooling cost is a major concern, less expensive, manual hand-operated tooling can be constructed.
Automatic Tooling
Where high volume usage is anticipated and casting cost is critical, we have the capabilities of utilizing fully automatic, multi-cavity tooling for maximum productivity.
