The customer was experiencing too high of volumes for their machine shop and needed a new cost-effective solution.
Problem
The customer's volumes increased to a point where machining these parts from solid exceeded their machine shops capacity and needed to look for an alternative.
Solution
Milwaukee Precision Casting converted the part into a casting then the customer was able to machine completely. This minimized the amount of machining required and made it more economical for the customer.
