Twice a year, in July and December, we share company profitability with the people who make it possible. Eligible full-time employees who have completed their 90-day probationary period can receive a gain sharing bonus, i.e., a full 40-hour paycheck for those with six months or more of service, prorated for newer team members. We work hard, and we celebrate often. When our team went more than two years without a lost-time safety incident, we fired up the grills and held a company cookout at the plant, because milestones like that belong to everyone.
Around the holidays, you’ll find our admin team and supervisors in their finest “ugly sweaters” for the annual photo, and our owners celebrating right alongside employees on the shop floor. There’s even a Saturday morning running club that meets on the lakefront every week; all paces welcome!
