Metal Injection Molding Alternative
Why pay unnecessary high tooling costs when you can get a quality investment casting at a fraction of the cost? Milwaukee Precision Casting specializes in small parts, and in conjunction with the automation we employ, our part cost is usually comparable to that of a Metal Injection Molded component, with superior strength!
Investment casting tooling is typically less expensive than that of other casting methods. Our aluminum molding tools need only be resistant to pattern wax, rather than constructed from hardened tool steel for injection of high temperature, abrasive metal. As a result, the cost of our tooling is a fraction of the cost when compared to Metal Injection Molding tooling. And refurbishment costs from wear and tear are also much more economical.
